Pineapple Support, SextPanther Launch Holistic PTSD Support Group for Performers

Pineapple Support, the adult industry’s leading mental health nonprofit, is launching a free, online support group to help performers navigate the complexities of post-traumatic stress. Sponsored by SextPanther, the six-week “Holistic PTSD support group” will be led by Pineapple Support therapist Nicki Line and will begin on Sunday, June 1st, at 4 PM EST. “This group offers performers a chance to connect with others who understand trauma’s challenges while exploring a range of therapeutic modalities to aid in recovery,” says Line. “Each week we’ll introduce a different evidence-based approach to managing PTSD, including Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Therapy & Body Work, Art Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).” Pineapple Support was founded by British performer Leya Tanit in 2018, after a string of losses in the adult industry from depression and other mental illnesses. The organization, a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization in the United States, has connected over 15,000 adult performers to mental health services, including free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support. “I’m thankful to SextPanther for its support with this group, aimed at fostering a supportive community where performers can learn practical tools, find community, and explore diverse healing modalities to promote holistic well-being,” says Tanit. “Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or seeking new tools, this group provides a comprehensive and empowering approach, fostering resilience, and supporting their healing journey.” The Holistic PTSD Support Group will begin on Sunday, June 1, at 1 PM PST / 4 PM EST / 10 PM CET, and will run for six weeks, with each session lasting 60 minutes. ASACP Returns to Romania for Bucharest Summit

LOS ANGELES (May 27, 2025) — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) is delighted to announce its return to Romania for the Bucharest Summit. The event, positioned as “a memorable experience” for marketers, service providers, affiliates, performers, and business professionals, will be held June 3-5 at Bucharest’s elegant Radisson Blu Hotel. Targeting traffic networks, software companies, content producers, cam platforms, studios, and more, the Bucharest Summit prides itself on being the central hub of business conferences in Romania, because Bucharest is one of the industry’s leading hotspots in Europe today. The Bucharest Summit brings together all players in the entertainment industry, including mainstream products, billing and service providers, suppliers, marketers, affiliates, and web admins, covering all business areas. “Business is all about connections, whether you are a performer, a marketer, a salesperson, or a CEO,” said an event spokesperson. “During our first five editions (2017-2021), Bucharest Summit established its identity as ‘The Business Summit,’ a platform for experienced speakers to share knowledge, allowing its participants to expand their potential, improve their knowledge, and enjoy great networking.” The event features seminars and workshops, parties and special events, with the Bucharest Summit Awards Gala set as the crowning moment of the event experience. ASACP’s Executive Director, Tim Henning, will be among the event’s attendees. While there, he will create and renew relationships with industry stakeholders and help to spread the association’s vital mission of keeping children out of and away from age-inappropriate content and adult-oriented entertainment. “The Bucharest Summit presents a unique opportunity for the association to reach a broad audience of professionals we might not engage with elsewhere,” Henning said. “With a growing global emphasis on user age-assurance and other hot-button issues to explore and share the latest developments on, ASACP must extend its voice in these matters, and attending the Bucharest Summit is an excellent venue for us to do so.” ASACP is a sponsor-supported nonprofit organization that has been dedicated to promoting online child safety for the past 29 years. The association proactively protects children from online harm by fostering corporate responsibility and ethical business practices. ASACP receives financial and material support from leading companies, organizations, and individuals. It uses this generous support to protect minors and sensitive users from accidental exposure to age-restricted online content and safeguard children’s innocence as they navigate their digital lives. This includes providing complimentary tools such as child protection resources for parents, Best Practices tailored to specific adult market segments, and a comprehensive Code of Ethics for all age-restricted website and mobile app publishers. These resources empower companies of all sizes to prevent minors from accessing age-inappropriate content. Among ASACP’s most notable achievements are its RTA (Restricted To Adults) meta-labeling system, which prevents children from accessing adult-oriented web pages and apps, and its CSAM Reporting Tipline, which has received and processed over 1.25 million reports since its inception and remains a vital global resource. The Bucharest Summit’s promoters will give Henning free VIP admission to the event. ASACP’s Exclusive Travel Sponsor, DialXS, will underwrite his visit, covering his airfare, hotel, and travel expenses. “I can’t thank the association’s sponsors and members enough for their continued, generous guidance and support,” Henning added. “They not only enable ASACP’s worldwide outreach, but they also make the digital world safer for society’s most vulnerable members — and for this, they should be lauded.” To learn more about how your business can help protect itself by protecting children, or to schedule a meeting with Tim Henning in Bucharest, email tim@asacp.org.
