ASACP Honors DialXS, ImLive, and Gaelic WWW Conference as Featured Sponsors for May 2025

LOS ANGELES (May 1, 2025) — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) is pleased to honor industry-leading service providers DialXS, ImLive, and Gaelic WWW Conference as Featured Sponsors for May 2025. ASACP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting online child safety for over 29 years. The association proactively protects children from online harm by fostering corporate responsibility. It receives support from leading companies, organizations, and individuals, including its monthly honor roll of featured sponsors. ASACP’s featured sponsors are highly regarded industry leaders recognized for their substantial contributions to corporate responsibility, ethical business practices, and implementing procedural and technical measures for child safety. These measures are designed to protect minors and other sensitive users from accidental exposure to age-restricted online content and safeguard the innocence and safety of children as they navigate their daily digital lives. ASACP’s Executive Director, Tim Henning, thanks DialXS, ImLive, and Gaelic WWW Conference for their ongoing support and acknowledges their contributions as essential to the association’s mission. “We are extremely grateful to our dedicated sponsors, who play a crucial role in creating a safer future by supporting online child protection initiatives. Their commitment to promoting age assurance helps preserve the innocence of our youth,” Henning stated. “The tools our association provides at no cost would not be possible without their generous support. Together, we are making a true impact!” These tools encompass free child protection resources for parents, Best Practices tailored to specific adult market segments, and a comprehensive Code of Ethics for all website and mobile app publishers. These vital resources help empower companies of all sizes to prevent minors from accessing age-restricted content. Among ASACP’s most notable achievements are its RTA (Restricted To Adults) meta-labeling system, which prevents children from accessing adult-oriented web pages and apps, and its CSAM Reporting Tipline, which has received and processed over 1.25 million reports since its inception and remains a vital global resource. The association’s family of industry leaders, including May’s Featured Sponsors — DialXS, ImLive, and Gaelic WWW Conference — are crucial in making these tools accessible to the broader community. DialXS DialXS, ASACP Title Sponsor since 2019 and the association’s Exclusive Travel Sponsor, continues to lead in payment processing with a robust suite of local European payment methods that enhance conversion rates and reduce risk. By complementing traditional credit card processing with trusted alternatives, DialXS helps merchants capture more transactions, especially in regions where using cards isn’t preferred. The platform specializes in recurring payments via SEPA Direct Debit on IBAN accounts and extends support beyond EU borders. With an advantageous mix of APMs and card solutions, DialXS empowers merchants to meet diverse regional preferences while minimizing chargebacks. “In markets like the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Poland, consumers favor secure, familiar payment methods,” says DialXS CEO Chris Visser. “Providing the right local options doesn’t just build trust — it drives real results.” DialXS also underscores its ongoing commitment to child protection online through its continued support of ASACP and active participation in industry events that promote online safety. ImLive An ASACP Corporate Sponsor since 2007, ImLive.com is a premium provider of live interactive webcam services that connect a global base of individual performers and studios with customers worldwide. Bridging the gap between consumers and producers puts ImLive at the forefront of ASACP’s mission to keep children out of and away from adult entertainment. For example, chat hosts must provide photo identification for age verification — part of a series of performer identification and compliance measures that ensure Imlive’s adherence to all relevant age-verification rules. In addition, ImLive is monitored 24/7 via a dedicated monitoring tool. This tool shows a continuous multi-window real-time stream of models as they broadcast their live cameras on the site. Furthermore, site users can flag any live video chat stream they believe is inappropriate. The company also limits any explicitly sexual displays to paid private shows, where only adult members are allowed. Beyond these measures and extending its support of ASACP, ImLive showcases its strong commitment to online child safety by using RTA meta-labeling and complying with all age verification requirements. Gaelic WWW Conference An ASACP In-Kind Media Sponsor since 2017, the Gaelic WWW Conference takes place every other year in beautiful Ireland. It offers three days of business, panels, and the Irish lifestyle. The event attracts web admins, media buyers and sellers, program partners, service providers, and others involved in the online entertainment industry, including crypto, e-commerce, dating, gaming, and health, who gather to carve out a common ground for growth in a comfortable environment. “We are happy to support ASACP with our webmaster conference in Ireland, as child protection is one of the most important tasks these days,” said Gaelic WWW Conference founder Roland Grotheer. “Companies working in the adult business have an extraordinary responsibility, and we face this challenge.” “Let’s face it: We all need to work with trust and respect together,” Grotheer added. “Let us look forward together and discuss the journey’s path and how we can best manage it jointly in a wonderful location in Ireland.” The next Gaelic WWW Conference in Ireland is June 15-18, 2026. ASACP sincerely thanks DialXS, ImLive, and Gaelic WWW Conference for their continued generosity and leadership in helping the association achieve its mission of keeping children out of and away from online content intended for adults only. “Our sponsors do more than just support the association; they actively help shape the industry and, most importantly, work diligently to ensure children’s online safety — a responsibility we all share,” Henning concluded. “The sponsors and members of ASACP play a vital role in creating a better environment for consenting adults while protecting the most vulnerable members of society. This is a noble and essential mission that the association will continue to uphold and promote among all stakeholders in the industry as we look toward the future.” To learn more about how your business can help protect itself by protecting children, email tim@asacp.org. Ofcom Unveils Sweeping Online Safety Rules to Protect Children in the U.K.

LOS ANGELES (April 24, 2025) — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) wishes to notify its family of sponsors, members, stakeholders, and the broader internet community that the U.K.’s communications regulator, Ofcom, today finalized a groundbreaking set of safety measures requiring technology companies to take stronger steps to protect children online. ASACP continues to work with Ofcom on behalf of the industry and in the interest of protecting children through effective policy and technical measures. The new rules, which will take effect this July, mandate that social media platforms, gaming services, and search engines used by children in the United Kingdom implement more than 40 safety requirements under the Online Safety Act. The regulations are designed to shield young users from dangerous online content, including material related to suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, pornography, and online abuse. Companies will also be obligated to address content that promotes misogyny, violence, and cyberbullying. “These changes are a reset for children online,” said Dame Melanie Dawes, Ofcom’s Chief Executive. “They will lead to safer social media feeds, fewer encounters with harmful material, and tougher protections against unwanted contact. Our mission is to ensure a safer generation of children online — and we are ready to take enforcement action if companies fail to deliver.” What’s Changing The new Codes of Practice — shaped by input from more than 27,000 children and 13,000 parents, civil society groups, child safety experts, and industry stakeholders — aim to embed a “safety-by-design” approach in digital services. Key measures include safer content feeds, robust age verification, rapid response to harmful content, more user control, and simplified reporting, while accountability and oversight also receive more attention. For example, tech companies must adjust their recommendation algorithms to filter out harmful material from children’s feeds if their platforms are deemed medium or high risk. High-risk services must also use advanced age assurance technology to distinguish children from adults, and platforms without strong age checks must assume that younger users are present and adjust their content accordingly. All platforms must have systems to detect and respond swiftly to harmful content. They must also ensure that children can easily report harmful content and understand the platform’s terms of service in clear language. Children will receive new tools to manage their online experiences, such as muting users, blocking messages, turning off comments, and choosing who can invite them to group chats. Every platform must designate a person responsible for managing its child safety protocols, and senior leadership must review risk management practices annually. These regulations add to existing obligations requiring services to prevent access to illegal content, including grooming and child sexual exploitation. They also reinforce specific mandates for adult websites to keep minors from viewing explicit content. What’s Next Digital services accessible to U.K. children must complete a child safety risk assessment by July 24, 2025, and begin implementing protective measures immediately after. Full compliance with Ofcom’s Codes of Practice will be expected starting July 25, 2025. Companies that fail to comply could face significant penalties, including fines and, in extreme cases, legal action to block access to their platforms within the U.K. Ofcom plans to continue consulting on additional safety requirements in the months ahead, further solidifying its long-term strategy to create a safer online environment for young users. More information on Ofcom’s regulations can be found here. “ASACP supports thoughtful regulations that protect the innocence of youth while preserving the rights of adults,” said Executive Director Tim Henning. “Besides Ofcom’s requirements for the U.K., the association promotes establishing a global child safety standard that includes our free child protection resources for parents, Best Practices tailored to specific adult market segments, and our comprehensive Code of Ethics for all website and mobile app publishers.” Among ASACP’s most notable achievements are its RTA (Restricted To Adults) meta-labeling system, which prevents children from accessing adult-oriented web pages and apps, and its CSAM Reporting Tipline, which has received and processed over 1.25 million reports since its inception and remains a vital global resource. I can really learn anything as long as it’s taught to me hands-on.” “Tavia is the kind of woman we love showcasing in HUSTLER,” says Editorial Director Anne Denbok. “She’s smart, driven, independent, and so sexy. Tavia represents everything this issue is about.” This month, HUSTLER delivers the goods with a lineup that’s as diverse as it is dirty: “Bewitching Brunettes” rounds up a bevy of badass brunettes—Tori Black, Luna Star, Adriana Chechik, Anna Foxxx, Aspen Rae and more—proving that dark-haired beauties don’t just turn heads…they blow minds. And that’s not all: In “The Golden Age of Porn Is Now! What a Time to Be Alive,” writer John Blaylock interviews a new generation of performers and producers redefining adult entertainment. From directors like Ricky Greenwood to stars like Casey Calvert, Cherie DeVille, Little Puck, and Penny Barber, HUSTLER showcases the voices behind today’s most forward-thinking porn. Liz Flynt’s Publisher’s Statement warns that despite disavowing Project 2025 during his campaign, Donald Trump has embraced it in office, appointing several of its key architects and issuing executive actions that closely mirror the manifesto’s extreme proposals. The result has been a rapid erosion of democratic institutions, public health agencies, environmental protections, and workers’ rights, with threats looming over Medicare and Social Security. Flynt urges immediate action—contacting representatives, attending town halls, and protesting—stressing that waiting until 2026 is not an option.
